We recently booked a 6 day trip from Chandigarh to Madurai and Rameswaram for my elderly parents through Grand Travel Planners, and I cannot recommend them enough. Since my parents are senior citizens and cannot walk too much, my biggest concern was comfort and ease of travel. From the very beginning, GTP and their team member Sweta planned everything perfectly. The itinerary was created during the booking process itself, and every detail including flights, hotel stays, food preferences, local travel and sightseeing was discussed transparently in advance. There were no surprises, and all bookings were done only after prior consultation.
The hotels were very good and senior friendly. Jain food was arranged wherever required, which I truly appreciated. A dedicated driver was arranged for all six days and was available at their convenience, making the entire journey smooth and stress free. Despite the crowds at certain sites, sightseeing was managed with great care and all important places were covered comfortably. What truly stood out was the personal attention. GTP created a WhatsApp group before travel, and Sweta consistently checked in to ask how my parents were doing and where they were. That level of reassurance meant a lot to me while they were travelling.
Because of the careful planning and genuine care shown by the team, my parents had a wonderful and completely hassle free experience. I would highly recommend Grand Travel Planners to anyone looking for well organised and thoughtful travel services, particularly for senior citizens.

I booked my US tickets with them, and prior to that, my entire Mauritius trip was planned by Grand Planners. The hotels they selected were absolutely amazing beautiful four-star properties, perfectly located and very comfortable. Every detail of the travel plan was thoughtfully curated.

The staff is genuinely helpful, responsive, and reliable. I highly recommend Grand Planners to anyone looking for a well-planned, hassle-free travel experience. without a doubt—10 on 10.

Grand Travel Planners is a great company and resource we have been using for the last few years. Recently, we had a very good experience working with Sweta Singh Sharma, from their team. She is soft spoken, kind and very knowledgeable. She fully helped us during the last minute cancellation of a particular airline, that too multiple times.
She was very prompt in giving us options, calling airlines and coordinating all the changes; all of this without any panic but with utmost calmness. We are very impressed by her humbleness, good listening skills and her ability to value client's feedback.

We have just returned from our first family trip to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and had such an awesome time. We stayed at 3 different resorts for 5 nights and it was the best decision ever.
We had pre planned buffet at the hotels with huge swimming pools and some resorts also have a private beach attached to the property. The buffet had a wide range of options from fruits, eggs, noodles and some dal with rice.
Scenic boat tour around the islands with deep sea snorkeling, swimming with marine life and sunset views was the star of our trip.
I highly recommend a trip to the andamans to everyone, be it solo travelling, travelling with family or friends. There’s a little something for everyone.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sweta ji for her unwavering support and guidance throughout our unforgettable tour to Andaman. Your efforts made this journey truly special!

I have known Grand Travel Planners for about 10 years. Their operations are run honestly, sincerely, offering most reliable travel services, ensuring clients' comforts.
Lately, I spent 4 days online and was unsuccessful in rescheduling my booking with AIR INDIA using their support prtal. Finally, I sought the help of Grand Travel and their travel expert, Ms. Satvinder Kaur assisted me in rescheduling my booking even though tickets were not purchased from Grand Travel. She did it in about 30 minutes. I insisted on paying for the service rendered, but she refused to accept.I highly recommend their services to others.

Our trip to Backwater was really wonderful. Views were incredible, Houseboat cruise was a relaxing experience, but I think children might get bored. So essentially, it’s for a honeymoon couple and for a family.
Move on to the guide, He was well versed with language and knowledge.
Everyone part of this tour from travel agent to guide, to hotel staff, driver…everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend Grand Travel Planners for their efforts and to make our journey memorable and special.
- Shilpa Dhiman
I have a pleasant experience with GTP while booking my tickets. On a couple of occasions during the past few years i happened to avail their services. I can vouch that you will not get a better deal in terms of price, reliability or personalised service from any Ticketing agency in the region. Not only they are responsive and prompt but very enterprising in terms of giving solution. I Recommend for all who value quality of service and reliability.

Our experience with Grand Travel Planners(P) Ltd was top notch. They organized our honeymoon trip to kerala & it was a truly fulfilling experience . They are very professional and we faced no challenges at all during our stay and travel. Five out of Five star experience and highly recommend to leverage their services.
- Lalit Bisht
This is just a short note to THANK YOU for the excellent arrangements you made for our above trip to make it a truly memorable one. Besides quick responses to our queries, you were mindful of our dates of travel and made it a point to even call in between and check how were we doing and also on the last day to make sure everything went well. This was truly remarkable. Also, THANK YOU for arranging a birthday cake for Kusum at Aloha, Rishikesh. So nice of you.
Driver, Rajpal, also behaved decently and responsibly. He took care of our luggage and few of our errands. Never said NO for anything. He was well-spoken and knew the places well – not to mention the most delicious local Pahadi meal that he arranged for us in Mussorrie.
One more feedback that I must share – Hotel at Ranikhet (Woodsvilla) was below-par. Location was amazing, but basic hotel facilities were almost non-functional. You may be better off not recommending this hotel to any of your other guests.
Once again, THANK YOU for helping us enjoy the trip and we shall remember it for a long time to me.
- Ajit S Ailani
Year 2020 has been quite tormenting for many people. I also had never imagined what it would be like to sit at home for months. Being an avid traveller it was also one of my most cherished part of my work. However, all changed after March 2020.
This year I had also planned to visit my brother who lives in London. I was all set to travel in the month of May but that also came to a halt. Fortunately, some air flights resumed their services in September and I managed to get a good deal through Grand Travel Planners. Finally, I was out of my nest after six months but it did not normal. I felt as if I was travelling for the first time. The new normal started with handbags and you getting sanitised before entering the airport and the mask was not to be taken off at point of time unless asked for. (Only for ID checking for a split sec you pull down the mask).
Then came the long queue with mandatory social distancing which made the queue look even longer but the airline staff of Vistara was courteous and could be seen working with patience and smile. It was the first time I travelled through Vistara to London. I had experienced their service with domestic flight which was good but international was definitely great.
Arriving at Heathrow, it did feel like nothing had changed. Apart from the social distancing, it didn't feel like the world had changed in any way.
Immigration check was usual hour and half long wait and the questions were basic like what is your purpose of visit etc. Its been now a week since I arrived here and sitting in quarantine, enjoying the sunshine I am much hopeful that soon we all resume our new normal lives.
- Vaneet Sodhi
Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your knowledge and co-operation in making our January 2022 Maldives trip absolute perfection. This trip will be etched out in our memories forever.

Hi Gurneet,
Me alongwith my family namely my wife Dr Gagandeep, my daughters Komal and Mannat thank you and Mr Cheema in making our trip to Singapore very enjoyable and funfilled one. Your contact in Singapore was there to personally hand over the tickets etc. His suggestions were well meant and helpful. Selection of hotel was also good as it was centrally placed and room was very comfortable. Star cruise on Gemini was also a fantastic experience. However the information that some money is given to the passengers to spend on the ship turned out to be false. There was some confusion about becoming a member of star cruise, that probably would have give us some points which could have been exchanged for sing dollars before final clearance of bill. But all in all the trip was fantastic and perfect . We all enjoyed. We again thank you for taking the pains to make it a memorable trip for us. You will be hearing from us again whenever we plan to travel again.
- Dr. V. P. Singh, India

Thank you for being the amazing life savers that you are!
Dear Umesh,
Back home now and reliving our trip through our photos and film. We both want to thank you for such a beautifully organized tour. We were so impressed by the efficiency of all the staff and the care taken to make our trip so enjoyable and interesting. Being met by representatives of the company throughout the tour meant that we never felt isolated and help was always a phone call away!
Not that we ever needed assistance because our driver took excellent care of us, going above and beyond the call of duty to make our trip as comfortable and hassle free as possible. We cannot stress enough how much Mr. Kapur enhanced our enjoyment and experience of India. His kindness and warmth we will not forget.
A truly special soul. We are making plans for a return trip in the near future and will not forget our time in the South. We look forward to our next trip with Grand Travel!

Dear Nishu,
As far as the trip is concerned it was great. We enjoyed a lot...thanx :).
The itenerary was perfect, the hotels were good, genting was fun..!!
For KL i have a suggestion that the city tour can be improved....!!(cause there are more interesting things in KL for eg. bird park, butterfly park etc...at least i felt that).
Langkawi was very good, nice place to see. But again i felt that they could have arranged the island tour in a much better way, because the tour option they gave us had few good things n few not so good things...n we had no option to mix n pick..!!
Nevertheless....this is just what i personally felt...!!
Over all it was a great experience...
You made my honeymoon special...!!
A very big thanx to you for that ...!!!
- Tony Bhaskar, Delhi

All the matchless views are spot on! Location and accommodation are dazzling, I can't say there was anything I was not happy with. We were in Dubai for 4 nights. We travelled a lot and have stayed at some very alien hotels but Golden Sand Hotel has been one of the best experiences so far. I must say superb accommodation, nice views, nice service & flawless facilities, we will never forget the whole experience.
@other: Camel ride was short but it is an experience. Dinner and belly dancing in the hub of the dessert was quite an incomparable experience. The Jumeira Beach is really beautiful and I recommend it to everyone...Overall it was fun to be there in Dubai!!
Cheers!!
